When Sora and his team defeated the evil in the universe, everyone celebrated. They thought that all evil had vanished. But then suddenly, Sora died. No one knew why or how, but they knew it wasn't going to be good. Day by day, month by month, and year by year people started to vanish. Everyone decided to work together and solve that problem, but until then it was too late. Kingdom Hearts had fallen and all the worlds had been partly destroyed. By now everyone thought that their kingdom had fallen. Until one night, everyone started having the same dream about Sora warning them about the danger to come and that they had a mission. A mission to find the true heirs to the keyblade, a boy and a girl. The heirs were the only ones that could rise the fallen kingdom. And so began the search for Yin and Yang, the boy and girl that would strive to protect the universe. No one knows what lies in their fate, will they win or lose?
