The war has long since passed and Hogwarts has a whole new staff and a whole new class of students. These kids don't have time to worry about wars and all that shizz. Humanity ended in 2050.Neuclear strikes destroyed what civilization was left, and the few survivors didn’t last long. When life returned to the nuclear dead zone over a thousand years later all seemed normal. Animals had inherited the earth, and soon dog packs began venturing into this new land. What the dogs didn’t know was that the radiation had mutated the diseases within the blast radius. Though most were either harmless or outright fatal, there was one that was neither. A mutated strain of rabies infected its host and over the next few days drove it insane. Aside from the mental change, the infected dog also gained new physical powers. Though they originated from nature these powers were twisted and evil, such as commanding the very spiders that walked the earth.
The deity of the dogs saw this change, and grew fearful for the uninfected, his favored ones. To help them survive he granted them powers of their own. These powers were pure and uncorrupted, and could heal wounds or grow plants. Now there is another war raging in these once human lands. A border war between the infected pack; the Hated, and those who were immune to the disease; the Favored. The Hated want to take the lands of the Favored, where the cave of the God is said to lie. The Favored fight to protect their lands and their lives. So what is your choice? Will you be immune to the disease, a wanderer searching for a way out, or will you be a dog whom God has turned his back on?
